Policies and Procedures

I agree and consent to assessment and treatment by the licensed massage therapists at Kneaded Escapes, LLC. I understand that my personal health information will be collected. I understand that all information that I provide will be kept confidential unless required by law. I understand and consent that my medical information may be shared by the various care providers involved in my care and treatment.

 

Treatments may be covered by extended health care plans. I understand that it is my responsibility to confirm the exact details of my coverage, as we do not bill health plans directly and you would have to submit for reimbursement.

 

Be advised, I do require a 24 hour cancellation notice if you're cancelling/ rescheduling your massage for any reason. Cancellations and no shows under 24 hours will be charged the full session price, using the card on file that was used to secure the appointment. If an emergency has come up, please give me a call as soon as possible so we can discuss further. 

 

We are all late at some point in our life, it happens! If you're running behind, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you for the full originally scheduled time, but it is not guaranteed and may result in your session being shortened to maintain a fixed schedule for all clients. You agree that you will be charged the full amount of the booked massage, even if the full time could not be accommodated due to late arrival of the client.

 

At Kneaded Escapes, we’re committed to providing a safe and relaxing environment for everyone. Inappropriate behavior, including any illicit or suggestive remarks or advances, will result in the immediate end of your session, with full payment still required.

 

To help maintain a fresh and comfortable space for both clients and therapists, we kindly ask that you be mindful of strong scents, such as perfumes, body odor, or cigarette smoke. Lingering scents can affect the treatment experience, and in some cases, we may need to end a session early to preserve the quality of care. If this happens, the full session fee will still apply.

 

Please arrive up to 5 minutes prior to your appointment, so we can do a thorough check in before we begin. If you haven't filled out your health intake form prior to arrival, you may arrive up to 10 minutes before your massage so that can be completed before we start your session.
